Residentsabroad.org connects doctors to international surgical and clinical rotations.
The objective is improving global health and offering a valuable learning experience for young physicians.
Due to the current pandemic, some of our international rotations will unfortunately not be able to start in the near future. However, we believe international exposure of our specialist training is of great importance and therefore, all applications will remain open as it is too early to definitely cancel the 2020 rotations. Whether rotations will go through will be decided on a case-by -case-basis.
This pandemic shows us how important it is to collaborate internationally within the medical field and initiatives like ours will only grow in the future. We are actively looking to offer rotations in the worst affected countries. In the meantime, keep on grinding!
